As Applicant and Sending organization, MAD for Europe develops the following activities:

• Planning, drafting and project management
• Search for national and international partners
• Complete project coordination, administrative and financial management
• Selection of candidates wishing to participate in mobility activity or intercultural exchange abroad
• Preparatory courses and activities to initiate people to transnational mobility projects through language learning, social and pedagogical training activities
• Coordination of the participants’ departure abroad, organizing and managing all trips
• Management of the participants stay, organizing all phases with the European partners
• Organization of participants return to Spain and overall assessment of the mobility project
• Preparation of all documents and delivery of certificates (Europass and Youthpass depending on the type of project)
